5K Challenge!
Okay
everyone give it all you have a run a 5K. (3.1 miles) Try to beat your
last weeks time even by just 1 second! We will be doing these 5K
challenges once a week. Last week it was on day 6 but tomorrow is legs
and butt day. We were nice and didn't make all of you run with stiff
sore legs. Post your times on our Facebook site, for the next competition.
