6 Steps to Join the 3fat2fitsisters Challenge

Step 2.  Print off and follow the 12 week calender.  (The calendar will be updated as we go.)

Step 3.  Read and print off the 5 point plan, and forms you will need for our 12 week challenge.




Step 4.  Read through our rules for the 12 week challenge.

Step 5.  Say goodbye to the old you and welcome to the team! 

Step 6.  Follow our beginner to advanced workouts day by day.  Refer to the demo videos and pictures at the end of every workout to understand the exercises.

IMPORTANT:  Get to know your body.  If at any time during the workouts you feel dizzy, sick or nauseated, take a break and try again when you're feeling better.  If you need to stop and stretch, do.  Just make sure you don't feel discouraged. Keep in mind we have been 200+ LBS so we understand if you need to take breaks.  These workouts are workouts that we currently do and have done.  So, be the judge of how hard you can BRING IT and never feel ashamed. We are proud of you for being on our team and for doing something about your health today!
