Plank Pose 30-60 Seconds
Russian Twist  30 each side (with or without medicine ball)
Repeat circuit 1

Circuit 2:
ABC Abs (2Xs)


Circuit 3:
20 Dips
20 circle crunches (on right and Left)
Complete circuit 3Xs
