Circuit 1:
Lunges with bicep curl (20 each leg)
20 Hamstring Curls
1 min Chair Pose
1 min Plank Jacks
Repeat circuit 1
Circuit 2:
20 Squats on Smith Machine
Quadrupted (20 Each Leg)
1 min Squat Jumps
Russian Twist (20-50 each side)
Repeat Circuit 2
Circuit 3:
20 Straight Legged Dead Lifts with bar
Circle Crunches (20 Each Side)
20 Quadriceps Extensions on machine
Plank Pose ( 30 Seconds to 1 Minute)
1 min Jumping Jacks
Repeat Circuit 3
