Recovery/Abs
 
 
 
Give yourself credit for every good choice you make and have made.  Don't beat yourself up if things aren't going exactly as planned.  Be proud that today you did the work!  That means you've won the fight today and that's all that matters.
 
Today we're going to do a simple at-home workout, including a few cardio and abdominal exercises!  Today is a good day to focus on eating yummy, healthy food and drinking a lot of water!
 
 
Warmup/cardio circuit:
 
1 min March in place
1 min Butt kicks
1 min High knees
Repeat this 2 to 3 times.
 
 
 
Abdominal Circuit:
 
30 sec Plank hold
Repeat this 2 to 3 times.
 
 
And that's it today!  Good job.  You're beautiful!  Now go drink a big glass of water! :)
