Bicep, Tricep, Abs and Plyometrics
PRINTABLE VERSION OF WEEK 2 DAY 2 WORKOUT
Do 10 to 30 minutes of cardio (preferably not on the treadmill, since we ran yesterday. But do whatever works for you).
Circuit 1:
20 Bicep curls (with 5 to 15 lb dumbbells)
20 Tricep dips
20 Push ups
1 min High knees
Repeat Circuit 1
Circuit 2:
20 Bicep curls on the machine (if machine is available; otherwise, use dumbbells again.)
Repeat Circuit 2
ABC abs 1 time through
Circuit 3:
Plank pose (30 to 60 sec)
Circle crunch (20 each side)
Russian Twist (20 to 50 on each side with or without medicine ball as shown in reference picture)
Repeat Circuit 3
Stretch to cool down.
Slam dunk! Day 2 complete! Good Job!
