Muscle groups: Shoulders, back, chest
 
Warm up: 10 min

Cardio:  Do 20-45 min of your choice of cardio workouts.  Push yourself give it all you have!

20 Reps and Repeat Circuit 2X's

Circuit 1

20 UPRIGHT DUMBBELL ROWS
20 on each side ONE ARMED LAT RAISE 
20 PUSH UPS
20 SHOULDER PRESS

Circuit 2 

20 LATERAL RAISE
20 FRONT ROWS
20 MACHINE ROWS
20 LAT PULL DOWNS

Circuit 3

20 BENCH PRESS
20 SHOULDER PRESS
20 CABLE FLYS
20 PUSHUPS

STRETCH
