12 Week Challenge Calender

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE 12 WEEK PROGRAM

PLEASE READ

  1. We designed a new calendar for your convenience.  Click here to see the workout schedule.  Notice weeks 4, 5 and 6 will be a repeat of weeks 1, 2 and 3.   
  2. We are still under going construction on our website, so refer to the calender for the week 4 workouts.  
  3. There has been some confusion regarding the start date of the 12 week challenge, and want to clear it up. YOU CAN JOIN US ANY DAY, ANY TIME!  Follow the printable calender and workouts on the blog to start the 3fat2fitsisters challenge.
