Warmup 10 min

5 min increase base pace .3 (if your base is 4.0 increase speed to 4.3)

5 workouts
20 bicep curls
10 assisted pushups
20 shoulder press
20 squats jumps
20 donkey kicks

4 min .5 above base

4 workouts
20 bicep curls
20 assisted pushups
20 shoulder press
20 squat jumps

3 min .8 above base 

3workouts
20 bicep curls
20 pushups
20 donkey kicks

2 min 1.0 above base

2 workouts
20 shoulder press
20 squat jumps

1 min 1.5 above base

1 workout
20 donkey kicks

cool down 5 min
