Ok, everyone! We've been approached by a lot of you wanting personal training. All 3 of us are certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors, and we want to help those of you who can with hands-on support. In order to do this we have joined up with an awesome, state of the art facility called Aces Athletics in Lehi, Utah (click here to take a look) to begin a live, 12 Week Challenge that will go hand in hand with our blog challenge. The course will include a boot camp class (don't worry the workouts will be adapted for all levels!), group talk to maintain and increase motivation, nutritional tips and answers to any of your questions. All of us will be there to give personal instruction. We will be taking before weights, measurements, and pictures (if wanted), helping you create a personalized 5 Point Plan and tracking your progress throughout the course. It's going to be an awesome team of support and a whole lot of fun! We just want to do anything we can to help as many of you as possible become healthy and change your lives!
This course will be an affordable way to get personal training. We have been listening to your stories. We have been feeling so much love and compassion for all of you! We want any of you who can to join us! We are offering 2 free trial classes at Aces Athletics' grand opening (3400 N 1200 W Lehi, just south of the Timpanogos Highway) on Saturday, April 13th! One class will take place from 10 to 11:30 and another from 3 to 4:30. The first 10 people to sign up and buy our 10 class punch pass will get $5 off their first 10 classes and 1 additional free class! The following Monday, April 15th, we will officially begin the 1st day of our 12 week course. The course will cost $20 per class or if you purchase a punch pass of 10, you will receive 1 class free and a free personal training binder that will help you and us track your progress during the challenge. We will offer 3 classes a week from 6:45 to 8:00 am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can choose whether you come to 1 or all of them during the week. On the days you can't be there, you can do the workouts found on the blog.
If this isn't possible for you, please continue doing our online challenge. We will continue posting workouts and other motivational information. We are also working on improving the organization and content of our blog to create the best possible support team for your weight-loss journey. We don't want this to be your next diet plan. We want this to be your new way of life! We want all of you to succeed where ever you are, and we will be there for you in whichever way we can!
