I love making omelets after my workouts! They are packed with protein and low in fat. Here is the best way I have found to make "the ultimate omelet."
Step One: 3 eggs (I use 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites)

Step Two: Mix egg whites with egg yolk.
Step Three: Get a frying pan, and pour eggs into it. Add spinach, chicken (your choice of meat), cheese, and tomatoes.
Step Four: Flip the cooked eggs and let spinach and other ingredients steam under the eggs.
Step Five: Fold omelet, and add avocado, 12 almonds (to get full benefit from almonds soak them in water), tomatoes, and salsa. WALA! "The Ultimate Omelet!"
